scifigirl lent me her DVDs, and I am slowly making my way through season 1 (slowly because now Mom's addicted, and I get to watch all the episodes with her), and OMG, I love this show!

Callum is the most lickable person I know. I really have no idea how he does it. I mean, I liked RayK first time I watched DS, but thought Callum was rather average. And then I rewatched with his original voice (dubbing sucks!!!) and then I watched Hard Core Logo. And here I am. Thinking he is the hottest thing under the sun.

Oh, wait. I almost forgot that I saw his resumee a few days ago thanks to scriggle selling her soul to ebay folks. He uses voodoo. So be careful. Once you go there, there won't be no turning back.

I get something similar from dictionary.com and I agree that some of the words are a little on the "words you learned in kindergarten" side. But! They also give you the etymology which I think is neat.

Now we'll be having some caps from Newbie. I have some kind of unhealthy obsession with Newbie. You know. Unlike the healthy one I have with Callum in general. *sigh*

But really, I want a Newbie at home. So cute. Even if he is a bit dumb/out of it at times. I love him so much for being as cute as he is.

Explaining that the cheap cat food is bad for cats, cause it gives them stones and they destroy the ureter.







And then when the customer wants a healther cat food, Newbie tells them that they are not a health food store for cats. The delivery is priceless. :D



When the customer is gone, he calls him freak, even though Newbie is totally the freak. I love Newbie.



Customer comes back and wants to use the phone but Newbie tells him to keep it outside.









And then the police interrogates him, because the customer (Nathan, in case I will keep recapping this) accidentally killed a homeless guy with the catfood he bought.

Newbie tells the police that Nathan was all angered when he left the store and that Newbie told him not to buy the catfood, but he insisted on buying it anyway like a crazy person. Oh, Newbie. ♥

Poor Nathan, though.

It's a Canadian tv show. I love it very much, but the humour is kinda special. I think you might appreciate it, though. Plus, cute Callum. That can never hurt. ;)

Sadly it is back to it's original price. It has 13 episosed and only 7 are with Callum. But Don and Hope are all kinds of amazing, too. I think it is worth the money. Plus customs fee even.

Hope (the former girlfriend of Nathan and now kinda girlfriend of Curtis, the main character who lives in an appartment house and rents out rooms and never leaves the house and only watches tv all day) tells him they got a free room and asks him if he wants to move in. He used to be friends with Curtis when they went to college.

Callum falling is one of the best things ever.

And Newbie is the adorable one. Curtis is loveable despite being so unlovable. Yes, I know. But it is just a fact. ;)

And well, I can go on with other Callum things. Not like his credits are a short list.

Oh, Purple Toast. Haha. Don't ask me about plot. It was Callum's first movie and it is some independent art junk stuff. I am not smart enough for that kind of stuff, I guess. He is some kind of psychic detective and gets told by a woman to find her daughter and then he walks through more or less beautiful landscapes to weird music and then the movie is over.

Purple Toast is an interesting title. It looks like it was just an excuse to have him look pretty and meaningful. Not that I'm complaining! But I like there to be at least a little plot in a movie. :D

It's, it's not a great place to be. And my girlfriend was in town for a little while, and there I am reading books about severed heads and asking her crazy questions, and she's, just, "Can you stay away from me?"

CKR: You kind of want to slow it down to your own pace, so in moments, because of the speed of shooting, the speed of, the freneticness of Carl, I've gotten a bit frustrated at times, but you know, and with me needing to know maybe too much, or whatever. But it seems to have resolved itself all the time, it doesn't get loaded down. It sort of diffuses at a certain point.

Poor Hugh will freeze to death on Thursday.

Flashpoint_TV: Gonna be -17 for the day of exterior shoots on Thursday. No writers on set THAT day. We got scripts to write. Oh yes we do.

And no, I don't think stalking one of the writers on Twitter is taking it too far. :p

Also, I can't believe Hugh went from filming Durham County's second season to Flashpoint's with barely a break. Poor baby.



Enrico with glasses is hotter than he should be.

And how much do I love that Enrico is the tough cop and Hugh is the nice one with the encouragement and all? Awwwwwwww. Totally opposite to their characters.

Enrico *enthusiastic*: Let me tell them. Let me tell them why.

Hugh *annoyed*: Yeah. Issues.

Enrico: Overcompensation.

Hugh: Yeah.

Enrico: I don't have to. He does. *laughs*

Hugh *grinning*: Why do I get smoked on that joke? He loves when that joke comes up.



I hope no one else used "joke" as metaphor for Hugh's man parts. But I would love for them to ccme up as well.
