I had the weirdest dream just now.

I was sitting in church, waiting for the service to start, when my phone rang. "Hello?"

"This is the hospital," a faint and creaking old-lady voice answered. "Jenny, I wonder if you'd mind turning the air conditioning on; it's getting rather hot in here."

"What?" I was understandably confused.

"If you wouldn't mind turning the air on, it's just that it's getting rather hot all round, and it's getting rather warm in the morgue, and none of us want that, do we, dear," she said.

"I-- I'm sorry, there must be some sort of misunderstanding? I think you have the wrong number, ma'am."

"Oh, no," she said, "I know exactly who I'm calling."

Mom started to gesture at me; they couldn't start the church service until I was done with my phone call. "Um, ma'am? I wonder if you could give me the number you were trying to call?" I figured that, worst come to worst, I could call Jenny for her, and get the situation resolved that way.

"Oh, alright." I could tell by the sound of her voice that she was smiling. She rattled off a list of seven names.

"I--what? What was that?"

"That was the number, dear," she said, sounding cagey, and I realized that she'd given me the number in cypher. As one does. And that the first letter in each word represented a number.

I asked her if she'd mind repeating the names, and she did. I wrote them down, but I don't remember them now. "Thank you, dear," she said, and hung up.

WEIRD. (The rest of the dream was weirder and less coherent-- a sad bride came down the aisle, but instead of being accompanied by organ music, horrible eighties power ballads were playing.)

I know nobody really cares about other people's dreams, but dude, I need a dream interpretation. Anyone up for it?

I am only up for dream interpretation if the dreams involve Hugh or Callum. Or preferably both. :D

Then there is something really wrong with your brain. Get a new one. I can recommend Zombie!Joe for the job.

Dear Zombie Joe,

I am in need of a new brain. Would you mind getting me one? I would definitely prefer one that hasn't been as cluttered up as mine has.

Also, while you're out... would you mind bringing me a Callum as well? I think I need one. Maybe we can all have a party when you get back!

Thanks!

And now Zombie!Joe will probably bring you Callum and his brain. Meaning you get a very cluttered brain and a lobotomized Callum. Congratulations! ;)

YAY except not. :(

Although hopefully he won't separate them until he gets to me. In which case, I can be like, "HEY WAIT LEAVE HIS BRAIN INSIDE HIS HEAD," and then we can have a dance party.

Zombie!Joe would so mock Callum's dorky dance. Really. :D

I want to see this. Can't they put it into HCL2?

And Callum would say, "Hey, at least I'm not undead Zombie Joe!"

Dance parties make everything better. IT NEEDS TO BE IN HCL2.

And then Zombie!Joe would be all "I'd rather be really dead than get caught dancing like that, dorky Callum!".

Everything that needs to be in HCL2 is Hugh and Callum. I actually don't care all that much what they are doing. *is a bit shallow at times*

And then dorky Callum's like, "SHUT UP, ZOMBIE!JOE. I AM DANCING AND HAVING A GOOD TIME."

Everything that needs to be in HCL2 is Hugh and Callum.

Um YES. Exactly. As long as they are there, it's all going to be good.

And then Zombie!Joe is like "YOU SHUT UP, DORKY!CALLUM! I AM MOCKING AND HAVING A GOOD TIME!"

And then they kiss.

Is that necrophilia? Or un-necrophilia?

Ah, well, they are listening to Headstones music while they make out.

dude. it worries/intrigues me that you remember it in that great of detail. :| When I remember dreams i rarely remember what's said, and i usually only vaguely remember faces and places.

I usually remember the majority of my dreams that clearly up until about an hour after I wake up. After that, they get hazy.

I also have some incredibly specific dreams. :P

I would have to agree. I only wish I could remember the names that made up the number. If I could remember all of them, I'd totally try calling the number.

You're Jenny, a night shift nurse in a previous life, during World War 2 maybe, hence the cipher.

Or it could be the crack.

CLEARLY.

Heh. It's probably the crack.
