Today was an interesting mixture of ups and downs.

Down: I got woken up thirty minutes early. Yeah, it was only thirty minutes, and I technically was just dozing, not really sleeping, but it still was so not right.

Down: I got poked in the eye by this. One of the green flower bits, actually. Hours later I was still washing the dirt and stuff out of my eye.

Down: Apparently I'm allergic to being poked in the eye by spiky objects. [Go figure.] So I got to spend the rest of the morning with severe allergies! Sneezing, runny nose, the whole bit. Happy fun time! Except not.

Down: Got put down by Evil Drew.

Up: Got to one-up Evil Drew several times during work. Yayyy!

Up: Josh helped me one-up Evil Drew several more times, once by handing me a snapped-off car antenna to beat Evil Drew senseless with. Heh.

Up: Watched two Firefly eps.

Down: Had to wear eye patch during eps, because stupid eye was hurting like billy-o.

Up: I went and saw The Island! Woooo! Totally awesome. And, you know, Ewan. Times two. *gurgle*

Up: Dad took us all to O'Charlie's. I ate a lot. Mmmm, "Cajun" chicken.

Up: OMG Dairy Queen Chocolate Covered Cherry Blizzard!

Down: My eye still hurts... and my allergies aren't happy. *sigh*
