People keep saying it. For some reason I didn't keep watching it. It started right after TNG here in Germany and I think I had too much of a life back then to bother starting a new series.

I didn't watch it when it came out. I was a crazed TNG fan, and I thought the whole idea of a space station show sounded silly. I didn't start watching DS9 until it had already gone off the air.
