stoopbeckHeh. Heheheh. So, went and saw Ring 2. Not as OMGSOCREEPEH! as the first, but that's ok. Had some absolutely beautiful moments, film-wise, and lovely music... but... well, it was a sequel. And really. The deer? What was THAT?
That kid? So, so creepy. But so cute.
Ok. So, anytime I watch a chick flick with Mom, if there is any sort of nekkid scene, Dad will walk in on it. Doesn't matter if it's the only scene in the entire movie and it only lasts about five seconds, he'll walk in. And he always gives us this look, like "OMG, you trashy-minded people, what is WRONG WITH YOU" and I really want to know what he thinks about our movies if all he sees of it is the nekkid scenes.
So, since Danny was at a friend's house, we couldn't watch any SG-1 eps he hadn't seen yet. So we were watching "Children of the Gods" again. That one scene, the Nekkid Sha're scene, came up. I leaned over to Mom and whispered, "Dad's gonna walk through right now." Sure 'nuff, right when she's all *OMGSYMBIOTEONBACK!* and Apophis is all *LEER EVILLY!* and Goa'uld is all *EMPLANT!*, he walks in. And he gives us that look. And we die laughing. It was hilarious.

And the Arby's Jesus bacon wrap reminded me...
When I got back yesterday, there was this huge freaking poster of a disembodied Jesus head with his eyes closed hanging on my door...when you look at him long enough, it looks like he's staring at you. It was really freaking scary.

Actually, there are even weirder I didn't get into... Teal'c, Bra'tac, Apophis, Tok'Ra, Jaffa, etc etc etc. So it could have been worse!
Remind me to find you the blinking floating disembodied Jesus head when I get back on campus, and we'll see if it's the same one as on your door!
