On that page I found while looking for Jaffa Cake pictures, I found a recipe for pineapple muffins. I don't like pineapple taste, though.

The pineapple taste might not be so bad, though-- my mom makes zuchinni bread with pinapples, and it is delicious and non-pinappley. And non-zuchinni-y for that matter!

And yes, there was a recipe for jello muffins. The jello is basically used to make them colorful. It was something for a children's birthday. But the main point is, it is jello and muffins. Which is a new happy place for me.
