So, Emily? I saw "Garden State." Finally.

In fact, we went into GameStop to buy Halo2 for my brother and it was in the movie rack, on sale, so we bought it ON YOUR WORD ALONE. You so rock. [!!!!!!!!!] [No, really. !!!!!!!!!!]

I now have a new favorite movie. [And so does my mom... I foresee us watching it many many times in the future.] It's just so... amazing! The way it's filmed, the acting [Natalie Portman can act? Who knew?], the directing, all of it combining into a perfect whole that makes me want to spend all of my waking hours watching it over and over and over. Heh. But really. Thanks. *huggles you*

BOOYAH! I knew you'd like it. ;-) All good movie buffs would.

How about when they screamed into the abyss? Amazing stuff... I cried at that part. Don't quite know why, but there was something about it that tore into my soul, like, "This is what you need to find" or something. Because it was all about finding selves, and I have been so troubled by that lately, I guess. Ahh, ecstasy.

Speaking of ecstasy, I loved the music for the druggie bit. ;-)

God, I loved the screaming-into-the-abyss part. I pumped my fist in the air and nearly fell off of the couch, it just hit me that hard. There were so many things with which I could identify in it, I guess. And so so many scenes I just want to watch over and over and over.... Mmmmm...

God, the music. Again, mmmmm...

And the colors! And the acting! And the way it all fit together!
