So, Emily? I saw "Garden State." Finally.
In fact, we went into GameStop to buy Halo2 for my brother and it was in the movie rack, on sale, so we bought it ON YOUR WORD ALONE. You so rock. [!!!!!!!!!] [No, really. !!!!!!!!!!]
I now have a new favorite movie. [And so does my mom... I foresee us watching it many many times in the future.] It's just so... amazing! The way it's filmed, the acting [Natalie Portman can act? Who knew?], the directing, all of it combining into a perfect whole that makes me want to spend all of my waking hours watching it over and over and over. Heh. But really. Thanks. *huggles you*

Date: 2005-02-05 01:01 pm (UTC)How about when they screamed into the abyss? Amazing stuff... I cried at that part. Don't quite know why, but there was something about it that tore into my soul, like, "This is what you need to find" or something. Because it was all about finding selves, and I have been so troubled by that lately, I guess. Ahh, ecstasy.
Speaking of ecstasy, I loved the music for the druggie bit. ;-)
Yay! Another job well done! *pats self on back*

And the colors! And the acting! And the way it all fit together!
Yet another thing you've addicted me to...
