So. I was in a bit of a foul mood this morning. Just... crazy stuff, including getting tests back and not getting much sleep. So, after a very long nap this afternoon I figured nothing bad could happen, that it was all uphill from here.

I was right.

Apparently at a basketball game involving the high school I graduated from generated a riot involving guns and tasers. And furniture throwing. And for all I know, play-doh and knives.

This has made my day.

Samantha put it best:

"From what school did you graduate, Samantha?" "Umm, umm....you know that one? Where there was that huge fight with the rival school? Yeah, that one. The one that was on national news because of said fight...."

I'll share the joy. Here's the link. HAIL STANHOPE ELMORE HIGH! *snerk*

"People were screaming and running," Prattville cheerleader Cherish Cartee said. "Girls lost their cell phones. Keys got lost. It's something I will never forget."

Oh that's great....heaven forbid you lose your cellphone....but that does sound like something a "cheerleader" would say....

oh okay and it wasn't at your school but you were the other school involved. i got the story straight now...i think lol

Oh, man, it was awful, bodies everywhere, screaming, running, but at least I didn't lose my cell phone.

Gah. People like that make me want to cry.

What really gets me? Is that the first things she can think of as an example of how horrible it was is that keys and cellphones were lost. Gahhh.

Still shaking my head in disbelief and laughing my head off all at the same time.

*shakes head*

*laughs*

*gets dizzy and has to sit down*

Just... for future notice... it's probably not a good thing to shake your head and laugh really hard. Urghh...

"...Prattville cheerleader Cherish Cartee said. 'Girls lost their cell phones. Keys got lost. It's something I will never forget.'" <-- That's just fucking typical and hilarious. Notice that it's a cheerleader

Crazy. Because, you know, losing a cell phone is WAY scarier than, say, being trampled to death. Gah.

Heh. Oh, man. I weep for the future. I'm planning on moving to, say, Mars, because I don't see any other way to escape these crazy stupid people.

But but but... that would be SOCIAL DEATH! Who cares if I'm going to hell!

Anything but that... I'd rather, like, have my keys and cell phone taken away then experience social death!

I personally am a fan of, "They were spreading like cockroaches." Is that to say that they all scattered when the lights came on?

Heh, the "altercation." Ha ha. And, not to be a smartass or anything, but...I didn't even know people went to women's basketball games, let alone broke out into riotous fights over them.

OH, you'd be surprised. There was a fight a few years ago, if I remember right, at a basketball game involving us and Prattville. It's... a big thing, apparently. I never went to one. But hey.
