I called the Mariott; they said that a camera matching that description had been found (although they wouldn't tell me where) and that they'd call me back some time in the next three days to double-check that it is in fact mine. Yay!

The full report is going to have to wait until I get my camera back; I was a spaz and left it at the hotel. FAIL.

There were some cosplaying plans, but they fell through. (I was going to be the Captain Jack to someone else's Tenth Doctor, but we didn't get our costumes together in time.)
