Action!Chuck.

How is Action!Callum doing?

From: [identity profile] stoopbeck.livejournal.com
He's been at sort of a standstill, because I need to get paint for him, but I have to rely on other people to drive me places and this week has been too hectic for me to beg mom for a paint run.

But! I've got the whole face sculpted, and the hair, and really all it needs is paint. :D

So your subconscious is manipulating this project? Not nice. *glares at it Hugh style*

Cause we all know how sad he will be if this project doesn't get finished.

*♥ Hugh's mancrush on Callum* :D

Glaring at my subconscious Hugh style is only going to make it start fangirling about Hugh! And then I'll never finish my Action!Callum!

MANCRUSHES ARE AWESOME.

Dude, you can do both.

Really.

Hugh is so fascinated with Callum and has such a huge crush on him.

I love how he more or less already randomly manages to sneak Callum into his interviews. :D

http://www.cbc.ca/thehour/videos.html?id=749191139

If it doesn't work, go to the main video page and search for Hugh Dillon.

Also, meet everybodies boyfriend George. Isn't he cute?

And while you are there, also search for Paul Gross. That interview is also great. The leaning and almost falling of the chair. And I am a bit scared of Paul now on the account that George could shut up Hugh but not Paul. My boys are freaks. :D

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fxaGcdMdTc

If you don't like the music you are a freak, skip to about 4 minutes in or so when the interview kind of part starts.

It is so sad that they deleted the forum without warning last month (there are downsides to being sucessful, I guess) and that this is the only "Hugh fanboys Callum" gem I had saved (and all the book recs are gone *cries*), but on his message board Hugh was turning everything around to Callum as well.

Photobucket

And yes, his spelling is special. I love him for it.

I know before I went into Hugh pimpage mode, I had a point.

Oh, yeah, fangirl him and while doing that, nurse his crush on Callum. It will make him as happy as it will make me happy. :D

That video was great! And it totally worked for me, and so did the Paul one. *squishes Hugh and Paul*

DUDE THE MUSIC IS GREAT. And the random "MY BFF CALLUM TOTALLY WON THAT AWARD!" He is adorable! And so is his Callum mancrush!

Heeee that is awesome! I'm sad they deleted the forum, though, that's just not cool.

I love George. He makes awesome interviews. He is also kinda cute.

Of course the music is great, cause Hugh made it!

Some people just don't like it right away, cause it is also a tiny bit rough. Or however you want to say that.

Callum is a fascinating man. I can't blame Hugh for his crush. :D

There were some stupid spammers and they relaunched the main page for his possible success in the US due to Flashpoint. And well, he was himself on that forum. So he did speak his mind at times and maybe that would not be the best thing for a journalist to gather informations from. Still, I wished I would have had the time to write down his book recomandations and cap a few other questions from the "Ask Hugh" section. Cause some of that stuff was really interesting and personal.

He was really cute and cool and friendly there. Which just made it harder to not love him.

Also, he had a learning disability and just doesn't care. I love him so much for that, cause I take forever to type something, cause I get paranoid of having too many mistakes in it and making it hard for people to read.

Also, punctuation is for sissies. All you need is the hyphen anyway. ;)

And here he signed with his whole name, but usually it was just a "- h"

\h/

He totally is!

Rough works for him, though. It doesn't work for everyone, but he carries it off well. Really well!

I love it when actors speak their minds, and I'm sad that it got disappeared.

What kind of learning disability did he have? I am impressed that he didn't let that stop him in what he wanted to do. He is just awesome all over!

HYPHENS ROCK!

*snuggles George*

It does work for him. Especially since I also really like most of his lyrics.

I am so sad, too. There were some nice things on the board. But I guess if you aren't an uber-geek like David Hewlett you can't keep up with these things and since Hugh didn't monitor himself in the beginning, cause he didn't know where his way would lead him, it was better to get rid of it. Maybe there'll be a new one? I at least hope so. So it will be different from the old one.

I think he had ADHD or something like that. But it's important what he says, not how he spells it, right?

I am more impressed that he fought his drug and alcohol addiction. But I am generally really impressed with him. *pets him*

Hugh apparently agrees with you on that one. :D

He is. It is unclear whether or not he did it voluntarily or was ordered to, but he worked in a children hospital as a nurse for a while. That is so cute. Cause even if he was ordered to do that as community work or so for drug offences, people still thought he was good enough to work with sick children.

Photobucket

The thought of that makes me almost as happy as the thought of him as a lumberjack. Which he did for a few while after his band broke up to get away from stuff and his head clear.

I guess it beats getting beaten up in a bar fight and almost losing your eye sight while wearing your sandals, which clearly is a sign that you aren't looking for trouble and even though you risk a lip, you are all talk and the big guys should leave you alone. *gg*

I love Callum, I really do. *snuggles him*

"Lucky sick children" is something you don't hear that often.

Ahem, why would you want me to tell you more, if you could have Callum tell you himself?

http://www.galactica.tv/battlestar-galactica-2003---interviews/callum-keith-rennie-galactica.tv-interview.html

Granted in a very bad quality, cause it is a phone interview, but it is also transcripted, so it is easy to follow. Plus, it made me love Callum even more. He is such an awesome sense of humour. :D

This is true, but if I were a sick child and I had a nurse like that, I'd feel very lucky indeed.

Awww, he's so adorable! And funny! It almost makes me want to watch BSG, even though I swore to myself I wouldn't ever get sucked into that show until all its episodes had aired.

That is true of course. I want Hugh nurse to tell me nice bedtime stories in his really sexy voice. :D

Oh, wait. Children's ward. Right. Maybe he can make an exception for me, though. :D

I do love my Callum. *pets him*

I love how he tries to sell this "I wore sandals, man" as if that would give him the right to say things to others without getting dragged into the fights. :D

I swore that to myself, too. But then I had people nagging at me for about a year and I gave in. I hate them, I do.

It is almost done airing, though. Only half a season left. But they won't start that for a few months. I have no clue why that huge hiatus is necessary.

Sorry if that article spoilt you too much. For some weird reason I thought you tried watching and weren't interested in BSG.

He could read me the phone book and I'd still be captivated. *fangirly sigh*

The sandals part, it just cracks me up. :D

I did try watching an episode or two, but it was way too dark and angsty for me, and I totally decided I wasn't interested.

But... Callum. And enough people have said, "Hey, maybe you should give it a chance, you might enjoy it" that I've decided I'll wait until the DVDs come out and then I can watch it all in one go. :D

No worries about spoilers! It's not a show I'm worried about being spoiled for. Besides, that way I know what I can look forward to. ;D

Exactly. He and Paul.

Or, you know. Hockey - A People's History. *hangs head*

I swear, if either of them would do a recording of a phone book, I would so buy it. I am sad like that.

Sometimes I wonder how his mind works. Does he really think people will check his shoes before beating him up and refraining from doing so if he wears sandals? "Oh, you wear sandals. So keep calling me names, please". *giggles*

It makes for a good line when you get into trouble. "I had sandals on. I wasn't looking for trouble." :D

Hey, that is pretty much like me. I had missed the mini series and only watched the first two eps and I didn't like it that much. I still don't like Apollo and it took me a time to warm up to a female Starbuck. But now she is my favourite human. Along with Balter. Well, actually those two are the only two humans I like. I am all team toaster. :D

HEEE. *pets* It just means you are an awesome fangirl. :D

That's going to be my line if I get into a fight! "Don't hit me, I'm wearing sandals!" It should at least give me a minute to run while they're all WTF SANDALS?!!

Yeah, a pretty devoted awesome fangirl. Stupid sense for completism once I totally fall for a guy.

BEST CASE SCENARIO!! Or they'll be like, "Hey, that was a Callum line," and I'll be like, "OMG CALLUM = LOVE" and they'll be all, "OMG YES DID YOU SEE HIM IN ___" and we'll be best friends forever!

I guess he can't stop looking hot, because he is himself. Really, regardless of what he is wearing or doing, he'll always be kinda hot.

Photobucket

Seriously? It is better when you can see him move and talk, but still. That outfit should send me running for the hills and not wishing to get into his shorts and pets his knobby knees while doing things to him.

Photobucket

He should however stop engaging in unhealthy activities. At least he stopped drinking, though. So I guess I can put up with smoking.

And look, leaning Callum fetish meets smoking Callum fetish

And he doesn't even have experimental hair in that movie. How does he do that to me? How?
