I've spent the night with my father's old guitar, trying to force my fingers to remember how to play F and G and Am, and now my bruised fingertips smell like a handful of old coins.

I had my brother's guitar out tonight, as well! Didn't actually attempt anything b/c it was vastly out of tune though, and I think I need to get the saddle replaced before I can attempt to have it decently in tune. :p

Teehee! My guitar also needs tuning, but unfortunately I no longer have my "Guitar for Dummies" book, so I'll have to ask Dad if he'll mind retuning it for me. It was still fun to attempt playing, though.

I actually gave myself a blister, too. Good times!
