Let me just begin by saying, what kind of cruel parent would ever name their kid "Latrina?" No, really, I want to know. Thanks, Mom and Pop, for saddling your little one with that name. I bet she had lots of fun in grade school because of it.

No offense to anyone actually named "Latrina." Heh.

You know the most fantabulous thing ever? I just realized that I can fall asleep in class and blame my anti-dizziness meds for it. Rock!

I'm thinking chances of "Puppies and Kittens On the Green" this afternoon isn't going to work out so well... I just got out of class and it's freezing outside... plus it looks like rain. Anyone up for kitten-flavored popsicles? No?

And now I'm officially slightly freaked out. In Dr Rohlig's class, I never told him to call me "Alex." I figured it was enough that he could pronounce my last name [difficult for even the most savvy in English pronunciation], I wasn't really upset about being called "Alexandria Maria" or, more often, "Maria Alexandria" in class. But today he said that my father calls me "Alex," and that he'd start calling me that in class. Okay, okay... Dad works at the church Dr Rohlig is organ and choirmaster of. But just how did this come up? As if I weren't paranoid enough...

And now it's time to go watch my Lost tape...

Puppies/Kittens on the Green is, basically, a way for our RA's to rub our noses in the fact that we can't have animals in the dorms. Heh. The pound brings out animals and we get to pet them and love on them. What way to better spend a freaking freezing afternoon while sitting on wet grass? The poor puppies were just a bit cold. There were no kittens, unfortunately [if there had been, they might have "come up missing," if you know what I mean] but there were also three full-grown dogs... one of whom only had three legs. AW! It was an enormous load of fun, but now I have no feeling in at least half my body... and MMMM! Kitten Flavored Popsicles[tm]! Wouldn't every little boy and girl love one?
