This evening? We were all sitting in one room, reading. It was dead quiet.
We looked up, and there was a roach [ew ew EWWW!] on the door frame. It perched there ominously for a moment. We were all frozen in OMGROACH shock.
Then, seizing the moment, it flung itself into the air. Unfortunately it didn't realise it was flinging itself right over my brother's chocolate lab. Who has a pathological fear of flying insects.
We liked to imagine that the roach sounded something like this: "WheeeeeeeAAAAAUGHNOOOOOOAIEEEEE!" As it fell [and probably flailed madly], Leena opened her mouth. And ate it.
Gross, but it was hilarious. Maybe you had to be there.
