HEEEEE!

http://www.livejournal.com/users/mistful/68456.html#cutid1

YODA: Every emotion you have ever had, to the Dark Side leads.
ANAKIN: Okay.
YODA: No. Seriously. Every emotion. YOU HAVE EVER HAD. To the Wookies, now I go.
ANAKIN: Yeah, okay. Can I go hunt down General Grievous? I promise not to laugh when I say his name or anything.
YODA: No. From the Dark Side, send me a postcard.

PALPATINE: Execute Order 66. I have had this planned all along, yes. I am the Emperor Bastard of the Star System Truly Bastardous.
ALL THE JEDIS: *die because they didn't have a cool plan like this one*

CHEWBACCA: This whole experience has left me so jaded that I am going to give up my clearly high political status, turn to drink in true detective noir style, and one day while at a seedy bar I will meet a dashing young pirate... I mean, rar.

OBI-WAN: Sensing Anakin's presence didn't work out, so I'm going to find that hot chick Anakin lives with and romances on balconies and sleeps in the same bed with and kisses behind pillars. You know, the mysteriously pregnant one.

OBI-WAN: *fightfightfight. Looks real pretty* How could you, Anakin?
ANAKIN: I have brought peace to this land!
OBI-WAN: The whole land is being swallowed by lava and its literal hellishness symbolises the hell of the Empire and the devastation of your own soul! Lucas is not all that subtle!
ANAKIN: Well... you should never have let me listen to the rock and roll music!

PADME (faintly): Oh la, sir, I do believe I have the vapours.
OBI-WAN: I do believe you're having the babies, actually.

PADME: There's still good in him, you know!
OBI-WAN: It probably got all burned up with the rest of him, actually.

...was also one of my favorites. And the one about a silly muffin. *giggle*

I saw previews for the new Chronicle of Narnia: Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe movie, and it most def made me wanna read the books. Will you set some aside for me to read, if you have them? Please?

"PADME (faintly): Oh la, sir, I do believe I have the vapours."

You know, ^that is so funny because I'd never heard the expression having the vapours until yesterday. I got a mini-blinding-headache thing, and the guy I was working with said mockingly, "Oh, I have the vapours." When I asked what the hell he was talking about, he said he thought Southern people said that a lot. I'd never heard it. It was hysterical. Now, I guess I have to admit to him that we do.

Hehe!

Actually... from what I remember, "the vapours" was a condition women had in... I want to say Victorian England. It's in all those old British novels. Women got the vapours a lot, apparently. :P

Then it stuck around in the South. You hear it in all the really bad impressions people do of Southern women. It's pretty funny. :D

Ahh, we crazy Southerners.

Oop, while I was being pedantic and boring, I forgot to tell you that we have ALL of the Chronicles of Narnia in several copies. Consider them set aside! But remind me to bring them before school starts, otherwise I'll just forget!
