stoopbeckWell, another birthday come and gone. I've been living in Alabama for half of my life now. Weird.
In other news, OMG HITCHIKER'S GUIDE LIEK WHOA!!!!11!!one!
Seriously. I went in, willing to try my best at being mildly impressed. I'm that crazy chick who sits in the front in a movie theater, muttering to herself about how badly they mangled the book while fingering various implements of destruction. I went with my mom and brother, who usually like whatever movies we go see, and my dad, who walked out of The Two Towers because it was so different from the book.
We were all floored. From the very first sequence of events [the SONG! Hee!] I was totally blown away. There were changes, yes. But they made it even BETTER! If you haven't seen it, go see it. If you have, go see it again. So. Freaking. Hilarious.
And for the record, I want to scoop Marvin up into my arms and cuddle him. :D
