A Desperate Cry for Help

I've had TV problems for some time, mostly due to the fact that I don't get any of the local channels that have the shows to which I am completely and totally addicted. Today, I found out that my satellite provider does in fact provide local channels, a fact that has been surrounded by a lot of controversy in the past. Then I found out that to achieve a state of local... channeldom, I'd have to wait for forty days for Montgomery to approve of my use of said local channels. Then it would be up in the air as to whether I even got them or not.

All of this was caused by the fact that over my vacation I saw the trailer for tonight's NCIS. It looked totally awesome, and thrilling, and completely unobtainable because of my stupid satellite situation.

So I'm sending out a cry for help to you, my friend list. Do any of you watch NCIS? And if so, do any of you record it? And if so, would any of you mind recording it for me? I'm rather desperate, and I'm sure we can work out an agreement that is agreeable on all sides.

Well, I don't watch NCIS.. but I could normally record it if I wasn't leaving town tomorrow... which leads me to my plead. Can you record LOST tomorrow? This desperate junkie needs her fix. I would SO owe you anything you want. lol.

Aw, crap. I'd love to, but I don't get that channel either. Gah. And it's supposed to be an awesome episode, too. Dangit.

Does your VCR have an automatic record function? :/

I forgot to record it... oh well. i can always download it on Bearshare. :) I could look for any NCIS eps.. but i don't know if they'll be on there.

Alex, Alex, Alex. Do you think I'd leave you hanging?! I have it on tape. Watched it and wibbled. :| If we don't get together over the break, I'll keep it safe until the new school year starts. I'm also reacording all our other shows that are ending seasons soon. I should have all the Losts, Houses (omgthelastepisodeWIBBLE!), NCISs, Smallvilless... I tried for the Enterprises, but those evil people aired back to back eps, one being the series finale, while I was gone, so I don't have it. But it should rerun sometime.

Anyway, our squeeage is safe. You just have to wait for it. *sigh* You don't know how much I wish you could see them now. I want you to see them now!
