So what's the combination that tastes like steak?

Ok.

I've had a bit of a cough [read "I'm that person who's hacking and gagging and wheezing in the front row, yes"] so I've been having Ricolas.

But soon my Ricola was gone, and I was left with that post-coughdrop flavor, so I swallowed down the last lukewarm sip of my Mello Yello.

It. Was. AWFUL. Gah. One of those really bad combinations of tastes.

After flailing and wiping my mouth and such, I decided that the only thing to do was to grab my Sprite that the first floor soda machine gave me instead of the Mello Yello I requested. I started to drink it, and nearly choked.

It tasted like a club sandwich. :[

So. Moral: Don't add Ricola cough drops, a swallow of lukewarm Mello Yello, and a mouthful of Sprite.

If you need me, I'll be scrubbing my mouth out. Bleahhh.

I am sorry you had to exerpiance that taste. I will make a mental note to never drink Sprite or Mello Yello with Ricola taste in my mouth.
