Except... not. Because, wow. Wow. I hate tennis. I loathe it. I despise it with the flaming passion of a thousand suns. And yet... this movie made me like it. TENNIS. Wow.

And also, Paul Bettany.

And also, Paul Bettany in Tennis uniform.

Except... ew, Sam Neill. Ewww...

Wow, I totally MISSED that movie!! I completely forgot to see it! *is annoyed*

Meh, now I'll have to go rent it... as if I don't already have enough movies on my plate. :-P

Hee, I know! I had planned on seeing it, and we even had a date set to see it... and then stupid hurricane Ivan hit, and by the time everything was back to normal, Wimbledon was out of the theaters. Gah. But Paul Bettany made it worth the wait. ;)

I saw it in theatre, and I must say, couldn't they have cast someone who wasn't so...bitchy...to play opposite Paul as Kirsten Dunst? I liked her in Spiderman with the adorable Toby, but her character in Wimbledon made me feel that Paul Bettany's adorableness was utterly and completely wasted on her. Gals like that don't appreciate a good freckled thing when they see it.
