Today was a good day for the geckos.

They're now in a 10-gallon terarrium, with plenty of space and plants they can climb. They're adapting well; every few minutes one will come out of the cave, stride stiff-legged, tail up, to the corner, vocalize [when they do this, just imagine a gecko, doing push-ups, while this noise like a squeaky shoe fills the room], stride stiff-legged to the stick, climb up, and stretch out on one of the leaves of their new plants. After a few minutes, that gecko dashes down the stick, strides stiff-legged back into the cave, and another comes out.

Right now I've got one up the stick, one looking meaningfully off into the distance from the corner of the tank, one looking balefully out of the cave at me, and one... somewhere. Probably deep within the cave.

I'm never going to get anything done; they're so much fun to watch.
