Life is short, and you are young, and there is time to kill today.

Today has been crazy.

Bird show, a ten-minute lunch [thanks, guys in line, for making me wait in line for seven of those ten minutes, and for forcing me to consume disgusting chili at insane speeds], humane shelter [big dogs, little dogs, bathing puppies, Callie the gorgeous calico who was omg so much like Cleo, wee kittens, big fat happy cats, cat fights, dog fights, the random hamster in the cat room], dinner [mmm, meat! with actual seasoning! cooked in such a way as to taste good! and potato! mmm!], Barnes and Noble [for just long enough to grab a caramel frappucino and run], Melyssa's new place [free books, woo! crazy pictures, woo! private-eye type folding-out-of-wall bed, woo! "I torture babies for fun," woo!], Brokeback Mountain again [and trailers! omg I want to see that movie about swimming the Channel with That Guy and Billy Boyd and all those other people, and the thriller with Julianne Moore and Samuel L. Jackson with the crazy stuff, and maybe even the cigarettes movie], and Stargates SG-1 and Atlantis, and the sudden onset of nausea and stomach pain.

Who knows what the next hours shall bring?!
