Jul. 30th, 2008 06:47 pmI found an old math notebook of mine from the fourth grade. It's kind of nice to know that my printing has improved since fourth grade, but apparently I still have the cursive skills of a fourth-grader. There is no difference between my signature than and now. SAD TIMES. The notebook is filled with incomprehensible lists of numbers and desperate attempts at long division (why I thought it was a good idea to math with markers, I'll never know) and weird little notes to myself.
Random excerpt from Alex's Fourth Grade Math Notebook:
Ellis Island
Ellis Isl. is where Imm. were processed. The first thing they saw was the statue of liborty. They had to be in a huge building. Sometimes their famillies were seperated.
[Written several lines below in red crayon: "Help!!"]
Fourth-grade-me was a weirdo.
