Rain is of the good.

It rained today. We had to truck back and forth from class to class in a perpetual drizzle. So when we were done celebrating Erica's birthday a little, we went outside to play with a giant bouncy ball in the rain. We all got soaked and muddy and it was amazing.

Then we ate [cake, woo!] and went to Film Studies [ZOMG The Crying Game, SO AMAZING]. When we got out, it was raining A WHOLE LOT, so we got our ball and played some more. Then we picked up a George and played volleyball in the street [Mary Katherine, our team ROCKS SO HARD. WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS]. Then we got in a street water fight. Then we ran down a hill and got into a culvert water fight. Then we limped back to the dorms, showered the mud-bugs-and campus-detrius out of our hair and played Liar's Dice. Sorry, people below us!

And now my legs are very tired and I think I will sleep very very well tonight.

Yesterday was amazing.

We are the champions indeed. INDEED! Celebrations will be held to commemorate our awesomeness. Stories will be told. Songs will be written. We shall go down in history as the greatest two-person Nighttime-In-the-Rain-Over-the-Fence-On-the-Asphalt-oftentimes-Down-the-Grassy-Hill-Volleyball team of all time!

Hmm. We lost power, studied by candlelight and freaked out over the appearance of many many brown recluse spiders in the hallway/in people's rooms.

No power/spiders...playing in the rain... I feel jipped in the gosh darn bubble.
