Urgleableedoo!
Feb. 20th, 2005 11:39 pmDad had an awesome idea. You know how they have Idiot's Guide books for just about everything? There should be one on Learning to Speak Gibberish.
This came about this morning, as we both spontaneously started singing "Can't Buy Me Love" with no words, only random noises. Not quite scatting, not quite blathering... it was interesting.
This weekend I got to spend time with Samantha and Melyssa [yay!] and got to discuss Stargate with a fan other than Sarah [yay, Melyssa! Sorry, Samantha. That couldn't have been fun. :( ]
Speaking of which... darn you, Stargate. You got me all sniffley again. Citizen Joe and whatever-the-name-of-the-Atlantis-ep both had me all wibbley. Not fun. And yet... fun. Intriguing. Thank goodness I had Sarah there so that I was not alone in my sniffling.
And what is it with deadlines? Midterms, submission deadlines, trip deadlines, all this week. Why? Don't know. Gah.
Thank goodness for Heath Ledger. He makes it all go away. And Paul Bettany. And James Purefoy. And Rufus Sewell, despite his evilness. A Knight's Tale is a good movie to watch with roomies. Even if it requires sitting on the hard floor.
Mmm.... and I don't know where I'd be without Girl Scout Cookies.
