I just sat through a five minute math class. FIVE MINUTE.

Now I can get more sleep!

On Friday I re-henna'd my foot. It's all swirly, and I have a sun on my big toe.

Chuck: So nice to see you. I see you were... *stops, stares at foot*

Alex: ...Yes?

Chuck: Please tell me that's not permanant.

Alex: Uh, no, it's... um... henna? You know?

Chuck: *clutching Alex's arm* Oh, thank God.

*sigh* Yes, Chuck, if it had been, heaven forbid, a real tatoo, my immortal soul would have been in danger.

Also, we went to show Bethany the Pumpkin Sacrifice of DOOOOOM in the pond tonight, but instead we ran into the demonic eyes of possibly Satan. Alas.

Oh, yeah. Also, we watched Napoleon Dynamite this weekend. OMG so good. <33333. I totally need to buy that movie.

Somewhat fitting considering the date, I bring you another episode in the Continuing Adventures of Alex: Alex Gives Blood!

My grandfather died this afternoon.

This is a good thing, though. He's not in pain any longer. And I got to say goodbye to him today; I sat with him for a while before we left Grandma's. So there's that.

Just for once, I'd like to be able to sleep through the night again. No crazy dreams, no suddenly waking up at three or four or five, and for once I'd like to feel rested. Just once.

Now it's time for Math class! Wheeeee!

Yay for Monty Python and the Holy Grail! I'm pretty much convinced it's the best movie, ever.

Cassa? You rock. *huggles*

Yay for "studying" on the green and leg wrestling and grass whistles ["Whoop! Whoop!"] and singing in the empty chapel and listening to songs from an Indian musical ["I love my Indiaaah, I love my Indiaaaah!"] and going to an Indian grocery store and for my new henna tattoos [*wiggles foot jauntily*] and for watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind again and for baclava!

[No yay for the scary purgatory Joe song.]

All in all, it's been a good day.

So, yeah. That test? So not good.

And now I feel ill from too little sleep and too much sugar and I think I broke my brain in my late-night study effort and I've still got one class to go today. Yayy, Poetry! *sigh*
